I would like to know how you guys feel about replacing a single cushion. I don't do it, I only have done whole sets. But I know that competitors in my area will do a single cushions replacement. Am I right or wrong?

cushion

I have did it in the past.I do not like to, but i give the customer the choice and let then know the out come.
Thanks, Ron

We buy cushion in sets so we sell cushion in sets. We try and explain to the customer that the others are usually soon to follow. a waste of cloth
and labor to comeback in 6 mos and do another couple pieces.

I'm with scruffy on this one. I let my customer know they were originally installed in sets and if one is bad, the rest without a doubt follow.....SOONER than later and will only cost more with a return trip. I've yet to have a customer have me replace only one.

Donny, I look at it this way, if the customer only wants one cushion replaced, that's fine, as I only charge for the first cushion anyway, the remaining 5 are free!!:D ;)

When was the last time you bought one shoe? or one Sock?;)

what does your screen name stand for? It took me a while to figure out Criag's - n10spool stands for "intense pool", I kept thinking what does spool have to do with anything billiards. But now I'm stumped on yours, "teaspooning bee" maybe.
