When Keith was in his prime, and putting the smack down on everyone, who was his biggest arch-rival? What I mean is, who was the person that gave Keith the biggest run for his money playing 9ball? It could be in a tournament setting or playing for money. All players had one particular opponent that gave them alot of trouble, i.e. Efren had the most trouble with Sigel, Archer had the most trouble with Bustamante, and Earl has admitted Efren was his biggest rival. Just curious who Keith would pick as his arch nemesis.

That's a toughie. On the tournament trail, I'd have to say it was Earl Strickland, as he was dominating most of the tournaments when Keith played in tournaments.
He just went to bed, as I rise and shine, like two ships passing in the night.
I'll ask him when he wakes up and give you a more detailed response later today for sure.
He was more of an action man, than a tournament soldier, and I'm sure he's got a few players he would most likely mention.
Like most players, Keith has pride and ego. When we go to events and his match is with a world champion, I would say to him, "Keith, I'm nervous. You gotta play Alex Pagulayan this morning," and his standard response to me is always, "No, you got it wrong, Jennie. Alex has gotta play ME!"

That's a great quote right there! Alot of people say that to be a champion, you have to have an ego, absoloute supreme confidence. It's where that killer instinct comes from. You can't win big tournaments unless you truly believe that nobody is supposed to beat you, IMO.
Keith is more than a champion. All pros have nicknames, but for people to nickname someone "El Diablo", that's got to tell you something! LOL
I seem to remember Keith giving Al Romero credit for being a real tough customer, in his early days. He'd probably also mention 'Tracy" Joe also.
