Question?? Heated knife for rail rubber?

I am looking for a heated knife that cuts through rail rubber. Does anyone have a good recommendation of what type is hot enough? I have seen the $70 ones on Ebay that heat to about 700 degrees. If that is all I need does anyone currently use one? Any help would be appreciated.

I dip my knife in water with dish detergent. Works fine and no binding. Plus it's free. Having a razor sharp blade helps too.

Can't help you with a heated knife. Actually didn't know they exist.

I don't use heat either. I use windex or soapy water, I found the windex dries faster.
