Question on Newly Acquired Adam Cue

ADAM started moving production out of Japan, with the exception of the Musashi cues, in '95-'96. That's when Miki left to start Mezz. The factory in China that makes Lucasi,Predator makes ADAM cues now.
This isn’t quite accurate. I’ve been doing some digging in the last couple of months interviewing a few different people. It seems very obvious to me now that once Miki cues got out of the contract for making cues for Adam Japan, there continued to be Japanese manufacturing of cues that had little to nothing to do with what was being built by Miki. I now have a better understanding of who built Robert Weir cues (not Miki as Kaz Miki had no idea about these cues) and many other common Adam Cue lines.

The Japanese never stopped making cues. Most prod. went to China. Today the Musashi(super nice cues btw) and a couple Mugens are still made in the Sayama plant. I got a hold of the US salespeople via Allen Hopkins and that is what they told me.
