Questionable Scruggs auction on ebay!

I too remember the cue, Nick, but I'm not positive it's the same seller??

About 2-months ago I was designing a cue with Pete, and I wanted blue/green/nat veneers just like these. I may have even saved a pic - I'll check later today.

Plus, 3 negatives with a feedback rating of only 49?? No, thanks.

Something about that ebay name rings a bell with me too not sure what but it's not a good bell ringing. I seem to remember someone on here saying that the deal didn't go all that well.
 
Seller has auctioned this cue several times. Although the auctions are "no reserve" the cue never seems to sell because of YaD, YaD, YaDeeeee.

i don't think it will ship until he gets his price....with good money

I also remember this as I put it in my favs to watch auction. It was the same seller, maxpawn. Also has auctioned other cues

I see you put my old magic wand to great use at the Derby! I heard you had Cliffie beat! Timi really got a laugh out of the fact that you use my old Scruggs cue for one pocket. Our taste are way too alike!

this is the same guy who said that he sells lots of scruggs cues and when the buyer from ebay came to his shop, he decided to buy a nicer, more fancier one...

Am I alone here? It would make a nice match to my Cochran but I see trouble is anyone here running that cue at this time?

Nick, look at the feedbacks. There are few serious cue buyers who gave him positive feedbacks. I wouldn't be too quick to judge the seller.

On the last sale, the buyer was that "skyboot" id that was bidding up a lot of different auctions and did not pay.

Talked with seller!

Last buyer was dead beat. The cue is a relist. He just waited until ebay refunded his listing fees to sell!

You're welcome. 314 is the area code for St Louis, not sure why it looks familiar to you.

I've resigned myself to the fact that I will never own a Scruggs, just too expensive.
