Just a heads up, I posted a thread in the wanted section last night. Today, I have already had two people trying to pass off pics of other people's cues as their own to sell me cues I am positive they don't own nor have ever owned. I had directed people to email me as it would be quicker and I have never had an issue in all the years I have been on here or the many, many deals. I will delete that and make sure they pm me. Just wanted to make sure people were aware of the uptick in scumbags. Have a nice day.

Was asked to put their info in the post by an admin. Format is the same for both, might have even been same person, just creating new ones.

Other forums are experiencing this same issue. New "members" are working hard to relieve you of your hard-earned possessions.

I could not read their posts. I had some dealings with a scammer in Hawaii also. Gave me a ladies Paypal info and wanted F&F only for a Sailor cue. I sent money but paid the fees. When the cue did not arrive and I could no longer contact him, I went to Paypal and got my money back. Then another person from North Dakota sent me pictures of the exact same cue.
Just this last week I had asked about Titlist cues and someone (3048531716) wants $750 for a Erwin conversion. I reply my budget is $300-$400 he says he will take $400 send to a friends paypal but his account only accepts F&F. NO NO NO NO

What is F&F?
 
That's the best advice here. Never use paypal friends and family unless you know the person and trust them. Even then think twice ;)

3% is small potatoes to losing the entire payment.
