Racks!!

Hello there USA,

My name is Maurice and i have one of the leading Poolrooms in The Netherlands.
Many Big Tournament visit our room, like coming September the Eurotour/Worldtour.

Great players like Niels Feijen, Nick van den Berg who are regular visitors of my tournaments lately complained about my racks!!
They are the black one's made from hard plastic.
The players say they cannot get the balls tight.

So i am looking for other and bether racks.
Give some advice and were i can buy them.
But don't come up with the "Sardo" because they stink!!

I don't blame them! The black plastic racks are terrible!

Use a nice oversize wood rack. They can be had at virtually any billiards supply. Try these.

Yeah i find that the wood racks are better than the plastic ones, it's more consistant.

I'm suprised no one mentioned the racks Diamond makes, might be the best ones out there.

I would have to aggree with a nice oversized wood rack. they have more movement inside the rack which to me makes for closer tighter rack. the plastic racks seem to just put the balls whereever and i can never get a consistant rack. luckly i play on the money tables at my pool hall i go to and they are kept the best and also have oversized wood racks.

Racks

Contact McDermott, they make the best racks I've ever used. They're wooden and screw together at the corner. Once other wooden racks get dented or out of shape they're no good. These come loose rather than unglued and you simply retighten them.
