radial pins

I am just starting out, and wanted to ask about using radial pins.
I'm not sure which taps and collars , tools needed etc. to order. Any and all information on installing these pins would be greatly appreciated. Any tips on best pricing? Is Atlas only supply or is there someone buying larger qty with price breaks that sells to smaller cuemakers.

You can buy them from Atlas or Prather has the same pin called a ball screw for a bit cheaper. You'll need the radial pin tap and also a boring bar long enough to bore the alignment shoulder in the middle of the pin.
Which collars have nothing to do with the pin.
