Rail height

I just wondered if you guys can help me with a question.I need to know if rail height is the same on all tables.I have a 1954 Delmo 8 footer and its not any where near the height as what I'm seeing on other tables.It does shoot fine and the balls don't hop off the table.

No, it's not. The nose height of the cushions depends on how thick the sub-rails are and what model of cushions, it's (A) sub-rail thickness + (B) the kind of cushions = (C) the sub-rail bevel.
