They have been on ebay before. Don't expect (or pay for) AccuStats quality.
I got some off Ebay a while back. Those and west coast video I think it was called? I don't think they were pirated Accu-stats because they mostly are lower quality, with no announcers, but some interesting match ups. I think I have

I believe most of the railbird videos were made by J.J. Jenkins in California. A lot of copies of his stuff are around and constantly being sold on ebay. Quality is fair to poor. Most of it is 1992 or 1993 footage of events or gambling at Hard times, Bellflower.
The credits section of Eddie Robins "Shots, Moves, & Strategies" says JJ was an instructor at the House Of Billiards in Van Nuys, CA.
It lists a number and address if you want to try and contact him. Don't be surprised if the info is out of date, though. It says:
