This cue belongs to Jim aka Railbird. He received the cue from me and it came with a nice set of MOP inlaid joint caps...

Beautiful work. Skip's cues never cease to amaze me. I think I have seen a Gus S. cue that looks somewhat similar. At least in the buttsleeve. Railbird got a helluva cue.

The pictures don't really do it justice, I couldn't be happier, not only is it a classic looking cue but it plays just as sweet. Matter of fact, the first tournament I played in with this cue, I won straight through the winners side of the chart. Doesn't get any better than that!

I have to add here that dealing with Joe V. of classiscues is an absolute pleasure.

I'm one happy customer!

It's a beauty, but then what would you expect from a Skip. That's why I'm going to own one some day.

Congrats Railbird.

Thats great to hear.. although I don't think when we play the tournament you have those same kind words. lol Your cue was one of my favorite classic designs that I modified to fit the way Skip makes his cues. Its one of my favorite rings the one above the wrap.

This is cue I had him build a few years ago. After finally getting him to see that the "classics" were so much nicer and the designs would really be a great accessory to his points.

skip on ebay

This was the second cue that he did pearl inlays on.
