Hoping RKC see's this:
Glen I am wondering if there is a torque spec to shoot for when tightening down the rails on 8' Pacesetter tables? We are going to have Sheldon recover them for us.

Depends on the bolt size and what they are screwing into. I have not seen the rails yet but I think my estimation will likely match what Glen recommends. ;)

The rails are bolted through the top down to the frame, clamping the rails in place, and depending on either the ring rail or 6 rail design, they either use 3/8" ×16 hex head or Allen head bolts, but they only use a standard 3/8" washer. So, about 10ft lbs is all you want to put on them because they screw into t-nuts and the wood compression under the washer can be weak.
