Hello all, what would be the best connector fixture for the rails if we start with a brand new rail without fixture, I include 2 pictures, if anythings would be better let me know please.

I wouldn't. The ears will break off then you're screwed.

We don't have to use the ears to screw these inserts, with a bolt and counter nut, it can be done very well, I find these good because they are threaded over the entire length.

Try removing them after they're screwed up. The one I posted uses a 10mm Allen drive to install it.

I will order the 2 model and I will make test with the model with ears, I don't know, may be with the right tool they will screw and unscrew well but I don't know now, a lot of this model are on the market, i like the fact that they are all long threaded.
