I find that on my side pocket of my rail the one right side at the pocket juts out maybe a 64th of an inch.so on a long rail shot when the ball goes past the pocket it will sometimes hit the corner and go towards the center instead of straight.Do I have to change the rail or shave the bumper a little?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Bob,
Your rails are not line up right. This is an easy fix on most tables. If you go to the head of the table and look straight down the side that is out. See if the rail needs to move in or the other rail needs to come out. You want a straight line down the rails. To adjust the rail most tables have 3 bolts coming up from the bottom through the slate. Loosen the bolts and move the rail to line up with the other then tighten them. If you have a table with pocket castings you might need to loosen the casting first. If you have any questions feel free to call.

Thanks Pat that was a pretty easy fix.
Thanks

Glad that worked. Sometimes you'll find that whoever recovered the table last didn't get the fold in the side pocket clean and there's a little pucker of cloth at the tip of the rail in the pocket.

That one's a little tougher fix. :)
