I'm fortunate to be playing with a Mobley now and i feel your enthusiasm...these cues are MACHINES!!! awesome stuff and excellent craftsmanship! Curious though, why do u have 4 shafts? Do they all play different or?

aha...2 original 12.75,and he build me 2 x 13.00 with short ferulle,and 2 x 13.00 with normal ferrulle....all with his "modern" taper ... he makes crazy shafts for sure,i dont need to tell you that.
also he is a real gentleman...he offered to replace me the shaft if i want to,because when i ordered the shafts i didnt specify the weight,so he make me heavy shaft and now the balance of the cue is little to "forward" for me...he offered me instantly to send him the shaft back to replace them with less heavy shaft....i really appreciate this....in my mind he is nr.1 without a doubt :thumbup:
also what i need to mention,and what makes him so great cuemaker is when you talk with him about a cue or shaft etc...he is always focused on technical stuff how to make cue play better,to meat the player demands about his personal fellings etc...other stuff when was asked about inlays etc,he say yes,no problem and that's it.But when he talks about woods,tapers,balance point, weight etc,,,he is ALL IN...really...i so like this side of him

You're not alone, Jamie, torture for me, too. I hate
having to look at a desireable cue and be distracted
by a foot or a big toe...haha. Ever try talking to a
woman that is showing lots of cleavage and be able
to maintain eye contact without looking at her breasts?
Impossible for me, just can't do it.
All jokes aside, I love this cue and hope to get my hands
on a Mobley one day soon. Congrats again, Mickey, you
are a lucky man.
