Rare collectible Meucci

Hello all. I have a Meucci City of Lights, aka Road Agent cue. It is a Meucci Original and the best part is that it is in new condition. Not like new, but new. The shaft has never been chalked and there are no scratches, dings, or nicks in the cue. I know that one in about 90% condition can fetch around $800 to $900. Since there were very few made, and I've never run across one of these that are unused, my asking price is $1,200. I will consider all offers though. Possible trades as well. If anybody would like some pictures of the cue please email me at shadowwarrior7@earthlink.net and I will gladly send them to you. Thank you all for your time and have a good day.

Descent cue, but IMO the price is a little pricey. There was one (possible same cue) on ebay awhile back that went for around $800 and it was in the same exact condition. I myself was going to bid on it, but lest face it. I got way too many Meucci Originals in my collection. Including the Meucci Originals Gambler cue that is 1/1 with the red dice on it. Trying lower ur price and u "might" get some nibbles. However, dont be surprised that there are actually a few unused unchalked Meucci Originals still floating around. Hard to find, true, but not very very rare. Now if u had one that was a 1/1 as my Gambler cue is. Then yes that would be very nice and well worth the money. I'm just saying Meucci really isnt that great of fish bait now days. Maybe after Meucci himslef is burried, then the cues will be worth something..Anyways, just my 2 cents...Weeeeeeee

PS: Fast_N_Loose, I'll trade u some Meucci Originals for a Tascarella, LMAO...=-)

I know it's worth more than what I'm asking, but I don't know what I'll get for it. I honestly do mean I'll consider any offers. I'm not really much of a collector. I just like to play which is why I want to sell this and maybe buy a good playing cue with the money. Thanks for the advice.

> There was a guy at the local bar tournament I go to last night trying to sell a nice but used OL-1 for 850 with 2 shafts. I hurt myself trying to keep from laughing. He asked what I was playing with, and I told him a 1991 Runde era Schon, and I would take 4000 for it with 4 ivory ferruled shafts. He said "man, that's awful high, you sure it's not a Meucci?" LOL,Tommy D.

LMAO @ that guy, wonder where he gets his wacky weed at. Geez, i have an Original David Howard "Star of David" that is unchalked. And i wouldnt even ask 850 for it. Maybe $8.50 for it though, LMAO. Nah, i like all my Meucci's so im not gonna talk down on them too much. Then again, wheres that Tascarella at that i want soo bad......=-)

ive got a Nuddy Hall model with two shafts in mint condition,,,,,,,,,,,signed by Buddy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i wouldnt ask that much, get realistic

You guys sure like to team up. Maybe I put a high price. I also said I'd accept offers. If you guys don't like the price you can always counter a price back to me. A lot of people really like Meucci's and think they are worth every penny. I've seen some sites selling Meucci Originals, like the Star of David, for $1,600. Would I pay for that? No, but some people will. It's not like I really expected to get $1,200 for this cue, but you start high and work out deals. I'm kind of new to this so maybe that's not how it's done here. If I do something wrong, please correct me. I'd appreciate constructive comments though rather than just flat insults. I think every person deserves that courtesy. Thank you.

mass production pool cues never impressed me, I never thought of them as an investment. I must have sold a couple of hundred meuccis. Good luck making a profit on one.

Selling just about any cue on here is going to get slammed by someone on price. It doesn't even matter what kind of cue it is. If you post to "make offer" instead of a price people want you to put a price. Of course when you put a price you get hammered. No win situation really. Just have to stick to what you want out of it.

Hey all. Ok I'm just going to flat out say my lowest price to make things easier. My lowest price I'll sell it for is $900 plus shipping. The buyer gets to choose their shipping as long as it is a company around where I live. Good day everyone.

Tell me about it. I'll never sell anything here again. Ever.

YOU COME UP WITH A HUNDRED MEUCCI CUES, AND WE'LL TALK. I'M ALWAYS OPEN TO REALISTIC CASH OFFERS THOUGH. MOST OF THEM YOU WOULD NEED TO PRY FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS BUT I WOULD CONSIDER PARTING WITH A FEW IF THE OFFER WAS RIGHT.
