I have two Cognoscenti cues, and have been to Joey's shop here in Chicago.
That is BY FAR the nicest Cognoscenti cue I have ever seen. That is BEAUTIFUL!!!
I notice it has his older style joint, so that would put it around pre-CNC.
That cue looks MINT!
