Rare Varney "player"...new!

Varney Cues

Handcrafted quality!

Ok guys...someone gets lucky. Occasionally I work a little extra hard & get to produce something not spoken for...here it is. A brand spankin' new 06 Varney. This cue is Zircote...with a bit of coring in the important areas for an exceptional "hit". The cue weighs 19.4oz and is perfectly straight apart & together. It also has Micarta dashes in the black linen joint & buttcap. The pin is a brass SW style 3/8-10. Shaft is 12.95 with Saber T ferrule and Tiger Sniper tip. The best of the best! The wrap on this one is pressed Irish linen. Its truly hard to get a cue to play much better than this one. This is a true "players" style cue & even features a Satin finish much like the very early SW. You can feel the wood instead of auto clear.;)
I will sell this cue to the highest bidder. Please bid here in the thread...as usual...my PM box is overflowing. You don't see too many of these floating around for sale...someone will LOVE this cue.
Let the bidding begin....:)

Thank you sir...but i'm not taking offers on just the shaft.;) :D

thats good, because I wasn't offering it for just the shaft. Was just a friendly starting bid.

I thought it was a fair place to start instead of .99 cents like on ebay. This of course isn't ebay, but since your having a auction don't be taken aback by low bids.

No harm...no foul. I was just poking fun at your opening bid. ;)
My j/b's start at $375. This cue has it all...except it won't scare off any action.;)

Bidding at $550.

I'll up the bid to 2 grand if the shaft has a black dot, the A-joint has 5/16 18, no tenon and wood glue ( they hit the best ).

Nice looking stick bud. I hate them zircote. Fkkn' dust is so freakin dirty. It's like working at a coal mine.
But, they look like pythons.
If you have real micarta sheets and have some for sale, lemme know.
These new ones look like uncle Bob's points and inlays.

Thanks for the kind words Joey. Yes...I'm still cleaning black dust from places where it should never be.:D
If you find extra Micarta....let ME know too...;)

Bid at $550

Joey's $2000 was a joke...unless I could fit the cue with Meucci parts.
Thanks for the nice words though. The cue looks REALLY sharp in person. A lot of grain and figure that the pics don't do justice.
With this cue, its about how it "plays" much more than looks.;)

Current bid at $550.
