Anybody know what is the difference between Victory II and the Victory Table from RASSON that used on WPA?

Anybody know what is the difference between Victory II and the Victory Table from RASSON that used on WPA?

I believe the Victory II is probably more refined and a better built table. The first design from my experience with the one used at Bonus Ball was that it was just not a solid base because of the design. I think the II has been reinforced to deal with any issues. Ernesto Dominguez did a great job getting the Victory I up to very nice playable condition.
