I asked for a thoughts or reviews on these cues last week and I got two answers both positive, so I just ordered this one.

The RAT7.
2nd day air with a Sniper tip and the dymondwood joint protectors; everything for the low low price of $237.35
I should have it by Thursday, maybe Wednesday, but the special tip could delay shipping. I will let all of you know what I think of it by the weekend, I will even post pics of it since the ones they use are crap. Who knows, I could be for sale by Monday. LOL.

OK, so here it the initial review.
Got the cue from Meuller 3 days after ordered. I had them adjust the weight, and change out the tip (SNIPER put on it). It looks very clean and the workmanship is way better than you would expect for a cue in this price range. The wrap is pressed so well it is almost slick ( I LOVE THAT ).
I noticed right away that I had total control over that lil white bastard that would not listen to me so well before (it was always too much or too little).
Maybe it is the tip, but I am like the MASTA of the table again. MY confidence restored.
I will say that I liked the way that my last cue felt, with the 314 on it, but I will give up that feeling to be able to roll like this once again. No time to adjust at all, none needed.
Yeah, I think I am going to have to try the Jump Cue now.
You want a good looking players cue for a great price, give up the big names, and try one. You won't be dissapointed.

Happy to hear you found a cue that you like for a reasonable price. Thanks for being the Guinea pig. There may be a Rat in the future for a lot of us.

Cue prices are going out of sight like gasoline. It is nice to have a piece of art but I don't think it is necessary to play in a PH or bar.
