Wow!!
Scott, beautiful work once again by Jerry Rauenzahn.
That's a keeper. Just remember when you keep a fat butt (he he), you won't find a case around that will be able to hold it with sleeves. I have trouble with mine, so I bought an old Fellini that works, some of the Centennials are over sized also.
Isn't it amazing how a cue can become a player again by Jerry -R-?? I love my Rambow cue with the ivory flat faced joint and the stainless radial pin. The hit is so SWEET!! I'm sure the 3/8-10 would be nice also, but if you are going to change the pin out, try the radial and ivory joint. You won't believe what it hits like. It will still have great resale value. Think about it, when someone take a 34 Ford coupe and puts a 400 CI muscle engine, power steering, AC, tunes, and disc brakes along with new interior, and a mirror finish which is superior to old yellowing lacquer, you seldom hear them wishing the car was stock. It ROCKS!! Yes, there are a few collectors that prefer a stock cue, but the market and playability is far greater with the newer modifications and changes.
Nice!! One of these days when I go and visit my dad in Lynnwood I'll call you and we need to hook up and play a few sets and share a few stories.
