Re-clothing the Valley bar box.

I want to re-cloth my Valley bar box....it's a single piece slate. Anyway, I'm hard pressed to find any good info on the net about what's the best way to do it? Any advice or good links? Thanks in advance.

Hire a professional to do it. Watch what he does. Ask questions about what heis doing. Then if you think you can do it yourself, try it the next time it needs to be done.

If you get it wrong, you won't want to play on the table.

I agree! Its not that you wouldn't be able to do it but there are certain techniques that can only be learned by seeing the process done in person as opposed to trying to read the instructions on paper.

Agreed. Bar table rails are especially tough to recover without wrinkles, puckers, etc in them if you haven't done it before and haven't been shown a good technique. The money to hire a PRO will be well spent.
