re : Jerry -R-

This thread is going in 10 different directions.
Thats because whenever I post something, it sends out a troll alert that drives the trolls into a frenzy
Sorry, it is a Slocum product with a fifty-five cent sticker with bad kerning that I wouldn't buy.

See if you are man enough to answer my development question.
😅🤣still, you don't know shit, but that don't stop you from thinking you do, but I know the truth, and that's all that really counts. And don't buy my adhesive, I don't care, again, you're not the target market, and there's plenty of buyers already, and no negative feedback whatsoever, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.🥱

i dont know why he cares so much ... lol
his rant about joint pins was just as insane. dude has issues. man i love the 'ignore' function here. sometimes i check my list just to see if the people are worth following again. some yes, some no. this cat is probably on lifetime ignore. Everyone please get back to 'Jerry R', the OP's original topic. Sorry i digressed.

The people who actually develop products, even if it is too customer specifications, should get credit.
I own the adhesive, my name is on it, I have a different formula than any other contact adhesive in the market. It works differently than any other adhesive in the market, because the billiards industry requires an adhesive that meets certain requirements, that are not readily available in other types of adhesives. So I specifically requested Slocum Chemicals to design a specific adhesive, with certain properties in it that made it different than any other adhesive on the market, even different than they had produced in the past. Uncertain as it was, we worked together on the project, and over the period of a year, and 3 trial and error formulae, we nailed it on the third try. Been in use now for almost 3 years. Everyone that works on pool tables that has used my adhesive noticed the difference immediately, and has been using it since then.

I don't know what your problem with me is, I don't know if its a jealousy thing or what, but you need to get a life, be happy, and get on down the road, because you mean nothing to me,🥱

Thank you for the answer. It's nice to hear it is a success.

A major problem I have with you is that you call anyone stupid if they don't agree with you.

With your glue you have stated that you invented it. I understand the work that engineers and chemists put into that kind of thing. They should be acknowledged.

I told you why it is important. The people who actually develop products, even if it is too customer specifications, should get credit.
Xylene Solvent – AquaGuard Epoxy Reducer and can be used in place of Toluene to thin specified oil-based paint, lacquer, varnish, epoxy, adhesives and synthetic enamels.

Do you know why one of the key ingredients used in my adhesive is the use of Xylene as the suspension fluid instead of the suspension fluids used in all other contact adhesives?
And why neoprene is used as the binding solids in the adhesive?

Because i specifically wanted an adhesive with tremendous shear strength, yet a weak binding hold, why is that?

Why is it that if you double up the coverage surface with my adhesive, does the binding strength increase so drastically? Why is it that my adhesive applied to the cloth and slate as thin as possible, will produce a 620lb per sq ft shear strength, yet allow you to remove the cloth with almost no effort needed???

You can't answer because you don't know shit.

And what should I do, to make you happy with your statement, when I specifically told Slocum Chemicals what I wanted formulated, in which they did NOT have a stock glue on the shelf as YOU would like to believe they had, in order to formulate my specific adhesive?

If I order a new truck and tell them I want a different engine, different transmission, special tires, and unique paint does that mean I built the truck?

I already said it, but again, good job. You gave specs for a better glue, that isn't nothing, the product wouldn't exist without it.

This thread WAS about Jerry R. cues for anyone that lost track. Enough about glue. Again, apologies to the OP.

Yep, you're right, I didn't actually mix the components of the adhesive and put it in a can. When you design a one of a kind truck, and get someone to build it for you, let me know!

Its not about glue either, its about attacking Realkingcobra when ever possible, in what ever thread i happen to post in. Furthermore, the OPs question was answered in the first 3 posts, the actual cue conversation was the beginning of derailing the thread the second a negative comment was posted about the cue qualities😉

I hear ya. Just put the dude on Ignore like i did. He's not worth your time/effort.

The Forum is becoming a lost cause for pool related topics and open discussion.
I tried to offer a channel marker for people to follow when I pointed out there was
bullshit battles taking place after my post #29 about Jerry Rauenzahn’s cue making.

I think that was the original topic of this very thread. So I poignantly point out in post
#64 there was nothing discussed about the thread’s topic in the preceding 35 posts. I
had hope it might help restore future posts to address or comment about Jerry who
was a outstanding, highly talented cue maker, IMO. And what ensued is pretty typical.

Since post #64, and the current count is #113, not counting this post of mine, has been
a pissing contest and has nothing to do with the topic. If you guys want to have a penis
measuring contest, do it via PM. The Forum isn’t interested in your petty pissing contests.

Start your own thread, trade phone numbers or your email addresses and have at it. But
subjecting the Forum to a bunch of bullshit arguments instead of letting the original topic
run it’s course is the reason this site has gone downhill for civility, decency and pool topics.

NUF CED!

Why do you think so many of the best members have left this forum, yet the trolls are still here, attacking those they have determined that don't fit in their agenda😉

everyone goes to facebook :(

Anyone who uses Facebook should investigate their political agenda and decide if they support that agenda, because they are furthering it by using Facebook.

Anyone who thinks I am the troll here should take a look at who called who names and questioned the other's intelligence and who replied six times to one post. Rkc gets into these with a lot of people, at some point one should wonder if he is the problem.
