Re-taper carom shaft & make new one -who?

Anyone have setup or recommend someone to re-size a carom shaft and make one?
It has the big wooden pin on the shaft. Helmstetter and others use it.
Also looking to get it 30"-31" long and 12mm carom taper made and possibly another re-sized.
Would also consider a 30" carom shaft made with a 3/8x11 joint.
Will also send the butt for proper fitting. Would prefer to not send cue out of U.S.
Any help appreciated.

I have done it through Tiger also. They do a great job on any joint.

I positivly recommend Tiger Cues. http://www.tigerproducts.com I have purchased 3 shafts from them for my Helmstetter and Adam cues. The low deflection shafts are amazing.
