Real good read, Right on Cue

I just finished reading fellow AZer Tom Mcgonagle's book Right on cue. I was impressed with his book, I think it could even be made into a movie. Not only a story about pool, but a love story. I was wondering if anyone else has read this book, and what their thoughts were?
If you have not read it yet, and want to. Tom is a forum member i'm sure he can provide you copy, maybe even signed.:thumbup:
 
Jonesy, I too really enjoyed the book! Tom is a talented writer and a very nice guy. I hope he sell a million copies!
 
Ditto, I read this book also. It is a great read! :) I also second the other notion, it would make a great movie also.

I really enjoyed getting to talk to you yesterday at Spot Shot. I sold a couple of books to the person you pointed out to me was reading the story. He and the person sitting with him bought one. Thanks for all your help up there in Maine. I look forward to coming up next month.

great book from a great player

hey Tom I really liked your book .I hardly ever read and finished this in a few days I just couldn't put it down.I recomend it to all pool players.it also makes a nice gift.

Thanks for your comments. I'm giving the person that posts the 1,000,000 post a copy. Valentine's Day is coming up. This would be a nice gift for someone that loves the game of pool. I guarantee it.

Terrific story Tom!

I'm glad to see your book is gaining popularity...as it should! I like to read stories about pool since I'm a life long player, and I haven't ever read a fictional book on the subject that I've enjoyed more! You've included the excitement about the game, great descriptions of the action, family drama, friendships and new relationships. Great job, and yes, I would also like to see this made into a movie...I think it has all the right elements!

Thanks Debbie for all the nice things you're saying about my book. I sent one out today to Poolbum for being the 1,000,000 poster in the Forum. I hope you enjoy the story.
 
I'm on page 40. I would be further along but the early x rated pages slowed me down, I had no choice but to wake my wife up to help relieve the tension.
 
Hey Medalist, My original story has a scene on a pool table. I don't know if your wife could have handled that one. VERY TENSE!
