I can imagine that a slightly larger ferrule/tip size could result in more accuracy on shots that you did not use side spin. Makes sense to me.

Now go try some of those shape shots where you use side spin and let us know if you stay with the Cuetec. I know you play well.... but don't think you will stay with the Cuetec.

You wont see me shooting with Cuetec in any foreseeable future unless I give it another test/nostalgia run, I made a progress in my research of this aiming anomaly. :grin: I finally found out that the reason for all this mess was my not-so-straight stroke. Due to bad elbow placement (too close to my body) my cue has been taking a detour from the straight line to the left of the intended placement on the final stroke. Once I corrected this flaw in my fundamentals my stroke became really straight and I started to pot any kind of crazy sh.t you could imagine...:thumbup: Quite understandably this new elbow placement feels really weird to me right now, it will get quite some getting used to it, right now I REALLY have to think about it...
