I am looking for advise as to what works well for a rear chuck on the Porper B Q-Lathe.

Also has anyone replaced the three jaw chuck with a 6 jaw chuck?
What did you use?

Thanks for that information.

Called them and they are out of stock.
Todd said he is not making them anymore so I guess I need to find something else.
The Porper rear collets will work but I was looking for something a bit more precise and durable.

He's got them and the price is pretty good.

rear chuck

Porper makes a rear chuck for the Model B. Or if your going to change the front chuck out and buy a 6 jaw. Use the original on the back and see if you can buy just the adapter from Porper or have somebody make one.

Go with 4-jaw Taig if you go lightweight .
The run-out is about half of the 3-jaw.
