Here four times recut forearm - wenge, hornbeam, cocobolo. The segmented handle cocobolo and wenge. Back ancient bone ring. Full splice cocobolo and a hornbeam shaft. Black G-10 radial pin and protectors with coins.

It has left the workshop in the company with several sticks

I really admire your attention to detail in matching the direction of the wood grain between the large and small handle segments. It really unifies the overall look of the cue. And your points are absolutely killer!

Hi, for now about 3 month i am playing the cocobolo/wenge cue shown above and wanted to share a little review with you.

First of all let me spend a few words on the contact to Dmitry and the construction time:
Although I had a lot of questions and was very interested in what he was doing Dmitry was always very friendly and explained a lot of things, made suggestions or send me photos. So I never had the feeling I'm making a mistake with buying the cue. I also was surprised how good the communication worked out. Although his native language is russian and mine is german this was no problem. Even if I didn't understand everything he explained it in the next mail again. Also the payment and the shipping worked out without any problems.

In conclusion I can say that his service and support was really good!!!

Now lets come to the cue:
As you probably have seen it looks amazing ;-) but of course in real it looks even better than on the photo.
The visual appearance is amazing. As BWTadpole said before with regard to the direction of the wood grain Dmitry is working very precise and detailed. And these details make his cues very special. For example the use of special materials as mammoth-bone in the ringwork, or wood like hornbeam in the shaft and of course the building technique fullsplice with recuts. Other examples would be his joint-protectors with russian coins, his phenomenal sharp points and of course the use of points in the shaft.

Another sign for his quality is that I did not find any "big mistake". Of course I could search for one or two small weaknesses that probably every cue has and for example criticize that when I move my finger carefully on the edge of the forearm and the handle one can feel a lightly change…. but honestly I couldn't care less!
The optic is fantastic and I always enjoy looking at it!

And I can guarantee to you that this cue is a great player as well. I am now playing this cue for 3 months and must say it's the best cue I ever played. It has a little bit forward-balance and has a weight of 18.5 ounces. The hit is stiff and feels very good.
I began to feel very comfortable although I played for only a few hours. Especially on long shots I feel good and improved my potting-rate.

So with regard to all aspects I can say that i bought a sensational cue from a great guy. I never regretted buying the cue and can only recommend Dmitry.
Also all the people who saw the cue and played gave positive comments.
