also I think our own Duane Remick set up their paint booth or paint shop whatever

TULSA- BASED SHOP -
FROM APPROX 1996- 2017-
Jim Auerbach owned/operated-deceased approx. 2001
ALL cue construction was done by John Parker- just deceased 2017-
I worked there 3 years- FInish-1999- 2002
they wanted automotive finish- "
I was a car painter Many years before

amazing how many cue makers had automobile painting
in their background

Verl Horn,Larry Vigus,Ernie at Ginacue had auto racing and
finishing if I am not mistaken

Finish is an important part of cue making, quite a art

Jim A. was an aerospace engineer who liked to go FAST. He built a speedboat with a zillion horsepower among other things. Also built a smoker-trailer big enough to feed about 500 people. Cool guy.
