Recovering an Instroke!

I have a Geo Green and Black 3 x 7 instroke. I would like to get it redone/recovered. Does anyone know how to do this or how much it would cost? I would like to do it my self, but wanted to get an insite on what I would be getting into.

Here is a run down on the case. I like the instroke style (tubes) the recycled leather they used sucks! Its falling apart after 2 years of being used everyday.

I have no time frame on when I need to complete it. Im getting a new case in a few months (whitten). Just want to get this one recovered, for kicks! I would like to do the work my self.

Thanks for you help guys!

I would think the work involved in getting it recovered (if it is even possible) and materials would be pretty close to the price of simply buying a new case.

Thats what I thought, but I have never talked to anyone that has had it done (if it can be) to know for sure.

I would suggest you ask John Barton at the following website:

ISn't

the outer layer of a hard cue case glued to the tube shell?

I would think it would make it very difficult or expensive to replace.
