Red or Green inlays

This is a design I'm working on and have made. I'm thinking about Malachite for the green or Red Lapis for the red.

I'm on the fence for both.

This is a beautiful design and the subtleness in the contrast using the green is beautiful.

the red seems to loud in that design.

I'd take the top and bottom spear sections and keep them white. Everything that's red keep red BUT all the other small white leafy pieces touching the red I would do them in silver... The ring work would be the red pieces with silver curls keeping the double white rings...
