I don't quite understand what all this is exactly about but I'm getting the impression that you think I'm defrauding you ! so I will try this again....
You purchased the exact cue that was in the slideshow pics on myspace... you ARE holding that exact cue ! w/ 2 new shafts....
If I made an error regarding measurement on those 2 shafts then I appoogized and said I would build you an entirely new cue at no charge so you will have 2 cues and 4 shafts with ivory for 700.00
Regardless if I made the mistake of refrring to the wrong cue as far as how many points were on it, is a moot point.. that's not what you were purchasing.. the exact cue in the pics was... end of story !
I already lost money in that deal so what's a few more dollars at this point !
I offered to rectify this at NO CHARGE and that's the best I can and are going to do !
I should have known there were going to be reprocussions no matter how it ended but I will say this : all this hype has only made my phone ring more with customers placing orders !
At least KV is being left alone finally !
Oh, and Mr. Wilson I don't expect you to do anything except what YOU think is right... just as you, I don't have the time to read these posts ! only the ones that actually concern me at this point are the one's from Charlie Edwards !

I call BS on that, but if it's true, then that is great. Now you can sell one of them the new cue that you were planning on building for Charlie and use part of the money to give Charlie the $150 cash refund for all the trouble you put him through.

I did not get what I ordered.
(1) I ordered what I thought was an 8 point cue, each point having 4 veneers. I got a six point cue, 3 high and 3 low. The high points have 3 veneers and the low points have 2 veneers.
(2) I ordered a 58" cue. I got a 59 1/4'' cue.
(3) I ordered open ended ivory ferrules. I got capped ivory ferrules.
(4) I ordered a cue that was supposed to be delivered within a few weeks. IT TOOK EIGHT MONTHS to get it.
The only issue that's important is the screw-up on the shafts length. I couldn't care less about the rest. Over an inch puts the cue too far out of specs to suite me. That's an error you made, and I'm having that corrected... at my own expense.
I don't want another cue from you, even if it's free.
You priced the cue, so if you lost money that's on you, not me.
I will surely lose more than you lost when I decide to sell it.
The repercussions you talk about... sure you can expect to have them when you treat deals with so little respect. There's not a cuemaker on this planet that can say they ever lost one penny on me. If you lose money, you're the first, and don't try to put that shit on me!
