not a verified payment like he sent you an ECHECK?

if it is a echeck.. according to paypal it takes 4 days or so for them to clear... i dont know about international echecks either.. may take even longer.. if it is infact an echeck.. ebay and paypal both recomend that you wait till it clears to ship..

i am not sure if this is the case.. but i dont know the buyer or the seller from any of my own personal dealings so i cant tell you for sure..

I was told by him that, he do not want to link his bank to paypal, so his form of payment is unverified. It is definaltly not a e-check, I recevied it before. Anyway the shipping address from the paypal is verified, so am I safe to ship ?

i do not know the answer to your question....

your best bet would be to contact paypal.. and maybe they could answer your questions..

i dont know how somebody could verify their adress but not their payment.. i would ask paypal to be positive..

Kenneth is a great guy to deal with. This cue was origianally purchased from me, and I left Kenneth positive feedback for his transaction, which was completed in record time with PayPal.

He almost got screwed over big time the last time he sold this cue, so he's just wanting to make sure everything goes through fine.

I think with all the scam attempts lately, ANYBODY that uses eBay is probably a little nervous.

No need to be with Kenneth though. Two thumbs up!!!
