The USPPA tournament was added to the regular events at HardTimes, but there has always been an Open event in Reno just before these. I don't know if there will be one this year.

There won't. From now on there will only be one big table and one bar table event at the Sands each year.

i know if you come to sacramento you can get plenty of action from tony chohan and thats definite if you like to bet real money,not that kibbles and bits.

That's a pity. I remember the first 2 Reno tournaments I attended had 250 players in June and over 300 in December. It has been on the decline. I will sorely miss the spring tournament.
