Repair quotes sought for new Terbrock

This cuemaker knowingly sent you a VERY flawed cue. That shows he has no respect for you as customer. He has insulted your intelligence. Send it back... and demand a refund. Don't give him a chance to "make it right". He had the chance to "make it right" before he sent out that cue, and he didn't do it. JMO.
