Replace Palmer Cue Decal

I recently purchased some pete margo "bullet series" palmer cues and the decal is damaged / missing. I would like to replace them. Apparently this was a common problem with this line of cues. I would like to get some ideas on how to do this. Or if the decal may be available.

Thanks, I did no luck. I photographed the damaged decal. I touched it up in photoshop. I have a decent image trying to figure how to get it on the cue.
 
If you have good art perhaps a sign shop can do a vinyl cut transfer decal

The water slide decals Sheets are ordered.
I am going to try this and will post results. I am going to use there recommended clear finish to protect decal.

I run a graphics company. Send me a pic of what you are looking for and I will advise of your best options. I can either do cut vinyl or a thermal print
