replacement bumper

looking for a replacement bumper to have an extension made. Is this a standard bumper? Can't seem to find one...

It looks similar to a Heubler style bumper.
Why can't you use the existing bumper?

It's from a james white. I wanted to get another instead of altering this one. Maybe i should use this one as you mentioned.
