replacing tip on a predator bk2

I just recieved a used bk2 and the tip looks like crap and i was curious can you just change the tip on the bk2. if so what does everyone reccomend to put on them.

any help is appreciated

You can get the original predator break tip. Might be the best option as it will feel the same as a normal bk2.

I'm sure people will suggest many other tips which are wonderful too, but to keep the original feeling of the bk2, put on a leather break tip. A phenolic tips kills the original feeling IMO.

Get an ODEGA tip from jacoby, you'll thank me later.

It's a leather tip that's hard as a rock, but bites into the cue ball without miscueing.

Make sure they leave the spacer on the ferrule when they change the tip.
I'd send the shaft to jacoby...they do great work, lightning fast and they have the tips in stock.

What ever tip you go with with, Make sure you have that carbon fibre pad is installed with the new tip. You can shatter the shaft if its not on there.
