Reputation, Not to be confused with Rep...

THE BEST WAY TO CHECK someones reputation is to read through their posts OR talk to several people that know them. DO NOT rely on the green symbols next to their name!

Whenever I give green rep to someone, it was because they posted something that made me laugh or was something I was thinking about posting myself and/or I agree with.

Red rep? I would only use that as a last resort to someone that is being stupid. I have only red repped someone once. They deserved it, but all they had to do was complain about it in the main forum and they went full boat greenies in one day.

There is a large portion of our society that only concerns themselves with symbolism and never worries about substance. Check it out with a little leg work. Read. It will make your AZ experience far better!

Great point for the newer forum members - I know as I was reading a few posters today, I wondered how they managed to obtain some green. I'm sure that there are some posts that people think the same of me though.

Thats about the only time i give out rep points. Another good way to check someones rep is to look at their itrader, I'd say thats a lot more reliable than the green boxes.
