I played with this for a few years, but when i started building cues, i retired it. in 2001 Brad Simpson of the blue book os cues appraised it in this condition for 3k. i always used one shaft it has been cleaned down to 12 1/4 mm. The other i bet has not hit 10 balls it is 12.8 mm.
the case has no markings, but is very well made leather, it came with the cue

Extremely nice. I would guess this to be mid to late 70s vintage, based on my memory of butt sleeves and joint collars. This is a good example of the window-style butt sleeve design that Bill Stroud, Dan Janes, and Tim Scruggs did to perfection in that time period, in a combination of Joss and Josswest. This is old school that I'd be proud to own.
