reusing rubber? Artemis Pool #66

Well i finally found a replacement set of GC3 rails and now i have stripped all the hardware off my old set of rails. The old rails had Artemis Pool #66 installed on them. The rubber was still in great condition. I took them off just in case they could be used on someone elses 7 or 8 fter. Anyways the question is Can the rubber be reused or reglued? I would like to try and sell them if i can. If not ill hack them up and put them in the dumpster. Let me know what you think.
 
located in So. Cal, have no clue on the price, i would say around 65.00 shipped. Still would like to know if they can be reglued.

They can be reused, Travis, as long as they came off clean. They can be reglued but you don't want that profile cushion on your Gold Crown.

How old are these cushions, and did they come off clean?

I'm assuming as long as they came off the rails without damage that the glue residue should clean up with no problem.

the rubber came off pretty clean with just a few wood splinters still attached. They are around 3-4 yrs old from what the previous owner has told me. I took a knife and thin section off the end of one rail to see what the actual rubber. I will post pics here in bit.

Donnie, no i will not use these on my new rails, i just wanted to see if i could sell them to someone who could. Saving up for some Intercontinental Pool #66 rubber.

If you still want me to do your table, I can get started in about 5-6 weeks.
 
donnie you will be the one to set it up. Right now i set it up in my garage. The playing surface plays well, the brand new 15yr old cushions dont. Im in the process of finding a house and when i do and want the table setup permanently. i want the pockets closed up to 4 inches at the corner points and 4.5 at the side points with the new rubber.
