I'VE BEEN WORKING ON MY LISTINGS AT WWW.CUEEXCHANGE.COM, AND I MUST SAY THAT I'M VERY IMPRESSED.

IF YOU JUST WANT TO SHOW THE CUES, OR TRACK THE CUES, IT'S A GREAT TOOL.

FOR CUE SELLERS IT'S EVEN BETTER. YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN LISTINGS FOR THE CUES, NOT PAY SOMEONE A LISTING FEE, AND GET GREAT EXPOSURE FOR YOUR CUES.

I WAS GOING TO HAVE A WEBSITE BUILT FOR MY COLLECTION, UNTIL I CAME ACROSS THE CUEEXCHANGE. NOW I DON'T NEED TO GO TO ALL THAT TROUBLE, OF BUILDING DESIGNING AND MAINTAINING THE SITE. MY SECTION OF CUEEXCHANGE LOOKS LIKE MY OWN PERSONAL WEB PAGE. CHECK IT OUT, AND CHECK OUT THE SERVICES WWW.CUEEXCHANGE.COM OFFERS.

This looks great. Especially the part about keeping a private store, as I prefer not to publicly list a cue for sale in the forum in a lot of cases. Are the prices reasonable?

Thanks for the great review - I'm going to do everything I can to make sure the rest of the users are as happy as you are.

The normal price is $120/year upfront or $15/mo. During the first week we're running a special of $60 for the first year. If you'd like to signup PM me and I'll setup an account for you (I already have your PM DJKeys and will be in touch).

Thanks!

I don't think you can beat it, but I guess I'm biased :D

Several people have said that they do not want to use PayPal to pay. That is fine, and we will accept checks or MO's that are mailed to:

Zach Smith
5054 Charlestown Crossing Way
New Albany, IN 47150

If you choose to pay by this method please let me know so that I can be on the lookout for the payment.

Thanks!
Zach

I signed up for a year and will give it a spin. It will be nice to have all of my cue pics and info all in one place and available to whomever I choose.

Thanks, Zach.

it looks great!!!!

i love to share my cues with people, not to show off, but so they can see them enjoy them and get fired up, I remember my time I spent with a Gus a Triple Loaded 8pt, 20 years ago, I think Lucky has it, I was sold for life.

I had a studio to photograph my cues, but I closed that biz. Took down all the equipment. And layed off all my photographers, my back hurt so bad I just couldnt get the cues together and go down there a few times. :banghead: It wasnt for lack of desire. I have the box lights, cameras, track for the lights etc. So i'm going to build a cove in my house here in the near future and get pics of my cues and other stuff. I cant take a picture right if I had to, but i'm getting into the wedding biz here at my house so a studio makes sence. Space isnt a problem,. Sorry i'm rambling but i'm excited.

This site will be cool, I hope collectors dont hoard their cues, even showing them under different names is fine, When I get some good pics I'm going to sort them by maker and post them up,

best
eric

I just got this going and posted a few modest cues there. It is easy to use, and will be great for me to have a central public location where I can direct anyone interested in looking at my cues.

Looks Great, Zach.

Hi, md5key, this site is very nice!!
I was thinking of building a site of the sort but you were quicker.

I was also thinking of making users capable of creating item categories of their own. i wanted to make it a one stop site showing off people's collections no matter what sort of collection theirs can be.

For example, some one can create a gun category which can provide other particularities like manufacturer, capacity, type of action etc...

I forgot to mention that your posts are very hard to read with that picture of Keyra Augustina at the bottom. My eyes keep going back and forth while i'm trying to read what you are saying.....

Thanks - glad you like the site. I actually did build it with an eye toward other types of collections. Guns and (believe it or not) Hot Wheels are two things I had thought about. While the codebase isn't setup to dynamically switch from one type of collection to another, converting it to a different type of collectable shouldn't be too hard.

SCCues - if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask in this thread or PM me. I'll be glad to help in any way I can.

Thanks,
Zach
