There's been much debate over this in the forums, which Revo is better?
Here's a poll where users can vote for their preference.
If possible, I think it would be most beneficial to fellow AZ members who are looking to decide between the two Revos to have the people who have tried both vote on their preference.
If you like, you can also post a comment to explain your stance on this.

For users who don't prefer Revo at all, that's ok, too, but this thread is not meant for that sort of discussion. There are a few other threads on AZ that discuss the merits of Revo so please join that discussion if needed.

The REVO a person plays well with is Better.
12.4/12.9....neither is better than the other.
I have both. I prefer the 12.4....it is in no way better than the .9....nor is it cheaper:D

As I stated in the other thread I choose 12.4mm. My fingers are chubby & I use closed bridge 99%of the time. Hoping they come out with the 11.8mm within the next year or so as it has been talked about for a while now.

Nothing would surprise me. Two years will have passed since the original 12.9 Revo appeared by then and over a year since 12.4, time to milk the people some more. :)

I have both but prefer the 12.9. The 12.4 is better for 9' tables because give the cue ball more action. This is great because most 9' tables are better quality than the standard bar box. I play most of the time on leagues now on bar boxes and I feel the 12.9 gives me more finesse on smaller tables. But to be honest with you I think both sizes play very well and whatever you decide on you will be able to adapt to quickly.

JoeyA has a 12mm Revo shaft. He posted that in one of the Revo threads. Bob Jewett also has a 12mm Revo shaft. You might be able to get one too, Greg!

I have a few Revos, only hit with the 12.9 which works well for my larger hands. Now if I only had time to play the game... :(

Does anybody know which Revo diameters are the pros who are shooting with Revo using? Thorpe, Filler, Darren, etc.?
