Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't see that in the description of those cues. Was wondering how the could do it that cheaply. They're not really wood, they're just "inspired by wood". Still, it's an excellent value for money. I really like what Rhino is doing. I now have 5 of their shafts. Eventually, I'm going to write a post describing my experiences, good and bad, but overall the company has impressed me. I've had a few problems, but overall I think they are filling an important gap in the market.
There really isn't much to these shafts. You have the tube with some foam in the middle and some tweaking to get things right.I wonder how long b4 we see a drop in CF shaft prices industry wide??
Could Rhino have that much of an effect I wonder??
you really that lazy?? https://rhino-billiards.com/collections/nebula took a whole 2seconds to find the site.Links would be nice
I like the pleasure studded grip.
Would you eat a hamburger made from "inspired meat" ?? on an "inspired bun" ?? with "inspired condiments" ??They're not really wood, they're just "inspired by wood".
You're right, but that's not the best example. There's a billion dollar industry built around just that...Would you eat a hamburger made from "inspired meat" ?? on an "inspired bun" ?? with "inspired condiments" ??
Yeah, I though so.....
Truthfully, that says more about the gullibility of people than it does quality of product does it not? You're right, but that's not the best example. There's a billion dollar industry built around just that...

It isn't always good!I like the pleasure studded grip.
I am not discounting that someone would be willing to eat "inspired meat".You're right, but that's not the best example. There's a billion dollar industry built around just that...

I didn't see the inspired part. Only 'rare wood pattern designs.'They're not really wood, they're just "inspired by wood". Still, it's an excellent value for money. I really like what Rhino is doing. Can't say I blame you. Seems like all these imported cues have decals or airbrushed deets. I'm not sure if Rhino uses decals or screens those designs directly onto the butt. J Flowers is a good example a decal butt cue.don't mind cuetecs truewood (real wood but veneer) but decals? this old lumberjack disapproves..
J flowers does have real inlay cues as well, but the price jumps a fair bit. Can't say I blame you. Seems like all these imported cues have decals or airbrushed deets. I'm not sure if Rhino uses decals or screens those designs directly onto the butt. J Flowers is a good example a decal butt cue.
Seems like many of the production line cues are using 'Composite' wood for butts. Perhaps a cuemaker could chime in with what woods those might be, as I'm curious.
