I just got this beauty of a cue back in trade; can't recall the build date of this cue; however, it is an older one of Richards. Rosewood handle with a straight grain maple forearm. It's signed and has an Ivory Hoppe ring too.
I had the cue refinished back around 2010 before I sold the cue. The new owner had Richard matchup the jointwork on a new Predator 314 blank plus, installed an extremely nice leather wrap (looks like lizard).
Specs are as follows:
Butt weighs 15.2 oz, 28 5/8"
Brown Phenolic with silver accent ring 5/16x14 stainless steel joint
Original shaft 1 ~ 4.0 oz, 12.5mm, 28 13/16", Ivory ferrule
Original shaft 2 ~ 3.8 oz, 12.6mm, 28 13/16", Melamine ferrule
Predator shaft ~ 3.8 oz, 13mm, 29 9/16"
Balance Point is approx. 18 3/4" from the buttend with the Predator shaft
Brown Phenolic buttcap with Ivory Hoppe ring
The cue rolls straight together and apart. It's an exceptional playing cue and easily in 95%+ condition.
