Will These Shafts Align Correctly With Any RB Cue?

I spoke with Richard Black about making some extra shafts for one of his Pendleton cues and he told me he needed the butt sent to him so that he could make shafts that would correctly align with the cue. So naturally the question that comes to mind is whether these shafts will align correct & true with a RB Pendleton cue or any other RB cue for that matter? The impression I have after speaking with Richard is that the shaft might not align correctly unless the shaft is made for a specific cue. Do you have any different understanding or will these shaft correcctly align with any RB cue?
