I usually have a long story about how and why I got a cue, but this time I'm just gonna post the pics. I might tell the story later. But, for now... rare cue from Black. And, my dream cue. 57 1/2" 18.5oz

If you are wondering... one of the best playing cues, I have ever played with!
The sound... oh, that sweet sound! She sings a high pitch "PING", sounds like hitting a piece of crystal

Bill Grassley at Cornerstone had a similar cue from the 80's.......not the 1980's.......the 1880's.... Richard actually reconstructed the cue and added an ivory joint.

Wow, that's pretty cool! Richard does some amazing work, that's for sure.
Some of the stuff he is working on now, will be show stoppers when he shows them in Vegas.

He is, in my opinion, one of the top 2 or 3 cue designers, ever.

His design work seems to cover every facet of life, even cigar bands! The man has a fertile design mind and his cues are beautiful and valuable.

Beautiful cue.

I have a soft spot for dashed rings and on this cue they are outstanding.

Thanks for showing off! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Really gorgeous conversion...bet you had to get a few to be able twist his arm to do that one! Congrats!!!

100% agree! Except, he's tops in my book. I truly feel privileged to know him. Hell of a man.

Thank you! Wasn't that hard. This cue was about a year in the making, not that it took him that long to make it, but I had to get things together on my end. I wrote down the story right after it happened, I'll go back through my notes and post the story. As a pool player and cue enthusiast, it's an event I will never forget.

Thanks! The Walnut has some wild color in natural light, purple and reds, pretty cool.

Really rare too!
I've only seen a couple of Richard Black Titlist conversations, and I'm a bit of a Titlist fanatic.
Definitely something you don't see every day

Agreed! I did quite a bit of research on his Titlist conversations and have only seen 6, in all my searching. I asked RB how many he has done and all he said was "not many".
