~~ Richard Chudy rc3 Player ~~

They are great players. That's probably one of the reasons you don't see a lot of them for sale that often.

I'm surprised this one has lasted as long as it has!

Richard does some awesome work. Flawless finish, and plays great.

Actually if this doesn't sell by the end of the month, I'll be keeping it!

I know it is tough, but can you describe the feel or hit on this cue - never played with a joint like that, and have no clue what it would feel like...

Bes,

The cue is extremely solid. I notice more of a difference in the way a cue plays as a result of the shaft taper and tip, than I do from the joint. While this is a flat-faced wood to wood joint, it has a 3/8-10 G-10 glass pin. This adds a good deal of feel to the cue, while the stiffer shaft taper Richard uses makes for a hard hitting, accurate cue.

There is no doubt that Richard Chudy makes a great playing cue, and that is pretty evident in the fact that you just don't see many of them up for sale here or elsewhere.

Weight Bolt

Someone asked about this a while back, and I forgot to post the specks on it.

The cue DOES have a weight bolt/counter balance in it. I pulled the it out just to see what kind of difference it would make, and it turned out to be .545 oz.

Here are the specks again:

WITH the weight bolt:
Butt: 15.95 oz.
Overall Weight: 19.72 oz.

WITHOUT Weight Bolt:
Butt: 15.415 oz.
Overall Weight: 19.175 oz.

For those of you that were on the fence about this cue due to the weight... it's time to get off the fence now!!!

Same cue - Just Classier Now!

Do you buy the cue from Richard and change the Irish Linen handle?

Is it the same cue or is that cue not 1ofakind?

It seems they look quite the same?

Wilcow,

That is the same cue. I had Richard switch it to the elephant wrap before it got sent out since I've wanted to try one for a while now. It feels awesome, and this will be the first of many cues I get with an elephant wrap!
