my buddy has a Rick Howard that supposedly belonged to Shannon Daulton... its a birdseye handled j/b cue made of what looks to be rosewood colored. I'm not familiar with this cuemaker...what are they worth? how do they play? are the older ones more valuable? the one I speak of is only the butt as the shaft broke during play:eek:  and was made in 92' according to the signature in the buttsleeve. no pics of this cue

The Mace break cue retails for $325. I wouldn't exactly call it a collectible unless he can prove it was owned by the Cannon.

no certification, and this was made before the mace was even started I think. its really nice looking, so I'm considering picking up the butt and having a shaft made

the only thing i can tell you is Rick's cues play better than any one cue IVE ever played with... i play with a Rick Howard Custom 06 and absolutely love it... but some poeple might not like it... whether you like the way a cue hits or not is ALL a matter of oppinion... if you are wanting to get another shaft then let me know and i can get you in touch with Rick...

I know Rick personally. If you put up pictures I can tell you if he made the cue or not or you can contact him.
