Riddle me this Batman:...Dale Perry cues..?

He left a bad taste in MANY peoples mouths. Imagine if you paid $1500 for a cue from him...or worse...if you were a dealer and bought a dozen at $1000 each to make some money. Then a month later you see him selling the exact same cue on fleabay for $199. If you just bought one...you are upset. If you just bought a dozen...well, you get the drift. Thats why most don't want one no matter how much a "value" they are now. The ones I've seen while ok...could be picked to death. Most all have huge epoxy pockets around the inlays from simply poor craftsmanship.

There it is

Dale started making more cues and selling them through ebay on his own for maybe 10% of what his "old" cues were selling for. This made the cues in distributors inventories and collectors worth about 90% less than what was originally paid for them. Dealers were stuck, individuals were stuck (me included).

Green to you for losing so much green on a DP.

DP???? What is the translation? Depreciating Price? Deep Penetration? Disappointed Patron?

Sounds like an American business model...one or two reap profits at the expense of the masses. I'll never own one.
